Turn Center is seeking a full-time Therapy Technician Coordinator to support our pediatric therapy team and help children thrive.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, staying active throughout the day, and helping create a fun, organized, and supportive therapy environment.

About Turn Center

Turn Center is a nonprofit pediatric therapy center providing occupational, physical, and speech therapy services to children across the Texas Panhandle. Our team is passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential while supporting families every step of the way.

Position Summary

The Therapy Technician Coordinator assists occupational, physical, and speech therapists during treatment sessions, helps maintain therapy spaces and equipment, and provides oversight and coordination for therapy technicians, students, and volunteers. This position plays a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients and families.

Responsibilities

  • Assist therapists with treatment sessions, evaluations, and patient care activities

  • Clean, sanitize, and organize treatment rooms, gyms, and therapy equipment

  • Prepare therapy materials, equipment, and treatment areas

  • Help maintain organization and efficiency throughout the clinic

  • Coordinate student observer schedules and volunteer activities

  • Assist with crowd control and patient flow in therapy spaces

  • Complete laminating and special projects for clinical staff

  • Monitor therapy equipment and toys to ensure they are safe and in good working order

  • Assist with upkeep of the organization's vehicle fleet

  • Provide support and oversight to therapy technicians, students, and volunteers as needed

Qualifications

Candidates should be:

  • Energetic, dependable, and highly organized

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric environment

  • Able to lift, transfer, and assist children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

  • Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and work on the floor throughout the day

  • Comfortable with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining large therapy spaces

  • Able to respond quickly and safely during therapy sessions

  • Passionate about working with children and supporting a collaborative team

Position: Full-Time (37 hours per week)
